Dolly Barkton

Breed Husky
Gender Female
Age 8 years
Weight 50-60lbs
Adoption fee $150
Dolly is proof that Huskies can have a wonderfully calm side. At 8 years old, this beautiful girl has traded in the nonstop puppy energy for a more relaxed, easygoing way of life. Dolly is laid back, chill, and perfectly content to enjoy the simple things—like a comfy spot to rest, some fresh air, and time spent with her favorite people. She has a gentle, steady presence that makes her an ideal companion for someone looking for a lower-key dog. Dolly enjoys attention and companionship but isn’t demanding—she’s happy just being near you, keeping you company throughout the day. Like many Huskies, Dolly still appreciates getting outside and exploring a bit, but she’s far from high-maintenance. She’s more about peaceful walks and relaxing than constant activity. Dolly would do best in a home without cats or chickens, as she finds it difficult to ignore them. She enjoys playing with her dog friends, but a persistent player might not be her speed. If you’re looking for a calm, devoted companion with a sweet nature and a laid-back vibe, Dolly might just be your perfect match. Dolly is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

Loki

Breed Mastiff Mix
Gender Male
Age 2 Years
Weight 90-100lbs
Adoption fee $150.00
LOKI: GOD OF MISCHIEF, PROFESSIONAL VELCRO DOG, AND CERTIFIED GIANT BABY When Loki was adopted as a puppy, everyone thought he would grow into a majestic giant. And he did. What nobody realized was that he'd also grow into a giant who believes his people should remain within petting distance at all times. Loki recently returned to rescue after struggling with separation anxiety. His family experienced some big changes when both his favorite human friend and his dog buddy moved out of the home, and the loss of his daily companions made his anxiety much worse. Being left alone became incredibly stressful for him, and he had a hard time coping. But here's the thing: Loki isn't a bad dog. He's actually a sweet, goofy, affectionate mastiff mix who loves his people with every ounce of his oversized 92lb body. He forms strung bonds, wants to be included in everything, and is happiest when he's surrounded by those he loves. Loki is looking for a home that understands his needs and is committed to helping him continue to build confidence. A family with patience, consistency, and plenty of companionship would be ideal. He'd thrive with people who are home often and willing to help him learn that being alone isn't so scary. As a bonus, this gentle giant is good with other dogs, good with cats, and has never met a couch he didn't think was made specifically for him. If you've ever wanted a shadow the size of a small horse, a snuggle buddy with zero concept of personal space, and a dog who will love you with his whole heart, Loki might be your perfect match! Apply today to meet the dog who believes that friendship isn't just important - it's a full-time job. Loki is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm preventative.

Momma's story is one of heartbreak, resilience, and hope. This sweet Mini Australian Shepherd was found wandering alone through a neighborhood, frightened and searching for something—or someone. We can only imagine what she endured and how long she searched for the babies she never got to bring home. Through it all, Momma has remained incredibly loving and gentle. She has a very soft nature and looks to people for comfort and reassurance. Her eyes seem to tell a story of loss, but they also shine with hope every time someone offers her kindness. Momma loves being near her people and soaks up every bit of affection she receives. After surviving on her own, Momma is still learning that she is safe. Because of her past, she can be a flight risk and will need a securely fenced yard and a family committed to helping her continue to build trust and confidence. What she needs most is patience, understanding, and a place to finally call home. Momma has spent enough time searching. Now she's looking for someone who will choose her, cherish her, and show her that she never has to be alone again. Octavia

Breed Chihuahua mix
Gender female
Age 13 Years
Weight 15-20lbs
Adoption fee $150.00
Octavia has a few thoughts. Hi. I'm Octavia. I'm 13 years old, slightly larger than a loaf of bread, and I've officially reached the age where I've earned the right to have opinions. Apparently...my opinions got me returned. My crimes? I object to nail trims. Passionately. If you've ever met a Chihuahua, you'll know this isn't exactly groundbreaking behavior. I also refused to potty on astroturf after my family moved. Listen, I spent 13 years learning that grass means bathroom. Fake grass? That's patio carpet. I'm not falling for that. So here I am, looking for a retirement home where someone appreciates a tiny old lady who knows exactly what she likes. Here's what you do get with me: A loyal little shadow Plenty of cuddles, once I decide you're worthy A lifetime of hilarious side-eye when the nail clippers come out. (do you expect anything less??) Enough sass to keep life interesting. I'm not asking for much. Just a soft bed, a human with a sense of humor, and preferably an actual patch of grass for my bathroom breaks. I'll even tolerate the occasional nail trim....eventually....after I've filed my formal complaint. At 13 years old, I deserve a family that understands that senior dogs come with a few quirks - and that those quirks are exactly what make us lovable. If you're looking for perfection, keep scrolling. If you're looking for a tiny queen with a big personality who just wants to spend her golden years loved, I'm waiting. Because after 13 years, being returned over something as simple as nails and grass is a pretty lousy ending. Octavia is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm meds. She would happily coexist with other low key dogs.

Noah

Breed German Shepherd mix
Gender Male
Age 1 year
Weight 40-50lbs
Adoption fee $200.00
This is Noah. At just 11 months old, Noah is proof that special needs dogs are every bit as full of life, love, and adventure as any other pup. This handsome white German Shepherd mix is deaf and has some vision impairments, but he doesn't let that slow him down one bit! Noah's favorite things in the world are toys, cozy naps, and spending time with his friends - human AND canine. Whether he's carrying around his favorite toy, playing with another dog, or stretched out for an afternoon snooze, he's happiest when surrounded by love. Because of his disabilities, Noah experiences the world a little differently and will need a patient family committed to helping him continue to learn. He is still working on potty training and will thrive with a consistent routine and positive reinforcement. Noah is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves making new friends and has never met a stranger. His resilience, happy spirit, and loving personality make him truly special. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with joy, toys, and plenty of cuddles, Noah might be the perfect match for you. Special Needs - extra special heart. Noah is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm preventative.

Polo

Breed Schnauzer Mix
Gender Male
Age 2-3 Years
Weight 45-55lbs
Adoption fee $150.00
Meet Polo - the sweetest scruff shadow around! If you're looking for a gentle, loyal companion who just needs a little time (and a lot of love) to blossom, Polo might be your perfect match. This shy scruffy pup has a soft heart hidden under his adorable mop of fur. At first, he may hang back and observe from a safe distance - but once he decides you're trustworthy, you'll get to see his silly side shine! Polo loves a good routine. Knowing what to expect helps him feel confident, and he thrives in a calm, predictable home. Give him a comfy crate to call his den, a steady schedule, and a little patience, and he will reward you with quiet devotion. And here's the best part! Once Polo feels safe, he will lean in for gentle pets, close his eyes, and melt right into your hands. Earning this affection is a truly special experience - and he will never forget the people who made him feel loved. If you're a patient adopter with a peaceful home and a soft spot for shy, quirky pups, Polo is ready for his happily ever after. He's not just looking for a home - he's looking for HIS person. Could it be you? Polo is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. He also requires a 6' fence and a dog friend to help him learn the ropes!
