About the adoption process
(PLEASE READ)..
- Minimum age to adopt is 21.
- We DO check vet references if there are other dogs in the home. If existing pets in the home are not up to date on vaccines & flea/tick/heartworm prevention this will result in automatic denial.
- Fill out the application in it’s entirety – failure to do so will result in automatic denial. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email.
- Everyone in the home must meet the dog if a meet and greet is scheduled, including all pets.
- Home visits are required. By signing the application, you are agreeing to a meet and greet and do not hold Wags & Wiggles responsible for any incidents during such.

- We accept cash or card -only- for adoption fee payments

Meet Brooke. Brooke is approximately 2-3 years old and as sweet as they come. We were contacted to take a litter of puppies and found out last minute that their momma was still there too so we obviously got her up with her babies. Now that her babies are old enough to start figuring out how to be pups without their Momma so now Brooke is ready to find her very own forever home. Brooke is super friendly and likes kids & respectful dogs but we are unsure about cats. Brooke will come spayed, microchipped, vaccinated & started on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

Meet Frankie! Frankie about 1 year old & is believed to be a German Shepherd Dog mix, but we can't be sure without a DNA test. Frankie came to us with a mild case of mange which is clearing up so well. He is super playful and loves to just be a pup. He loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home, however we are unsure how he would do with cats. Frankie has a lot of energy and would thrive in an active household. He is also working so hard on potty training and is crate trained. Frankie is super food motivated and is extremely eager to learn. Meet Sunny! He is around a year old and 53lbs. Sunny is a sweet and goofy boy. FOOD is life for Sunny! He also enjoys toys and casual walks. Sunny has a grade 4 heart murmur and is taking blood pressure medication. He will need cardiology follow ups every 6 months. Sunny's life expectancy is unknown with the condition of his heart but he does not act like his heart condition is affectioning him . His cardiologist did say that he shouldn't take part in any strenuous activities like jogging or rough housing with other dogs. Sunny is vaccinated, microchipped, and started on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Meet Zola! Zola is a mixed breed dog who is about 7 years old. She was found as a stray with a an obvious skin condition. Once we got her here and got her settled we realized she has allergies. We have her on a regimen that seems to be helping, but unfortunately we do not know what she is allergic to. She is regrowing her fur and doing better every day.
